About our jewellery
SAY SOMETHING ABOUT ENAMEL AND BOXES?
All our jewellery is in sterling silver or 9ct gold where described. Enamelled pieces use kiln-fired vitreous glass enamel. Pendants and necklaces come complete with chains of an appropriate length. All pieces come in a card presentation box. We are happy to gift-wrap any items - please let us know.
Making a purchase
Prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Currency conversion is carried out automatically by your card company. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Shipping and delivery times

Unless noted otherwise, all items are in stock for immediate despatch. We will tell you immediately by email if an item is not in stock and how long it will take to deliver.
All postage is FREE, whether UK or worldwide. We send using a Royal Mail fully tracked service. UK orders are sent by "Tracked 24" which usually takes 1-2 working days. International orders are sent by "International Tracked" which usually takes 7-10 working days.
VAT
All our prices are shown including 20% UK VAT ("Value Added Tax"). This means that, for orders delivered inside the UK, we are compelled to give 20% of what you pay us directly to the UK Government - it doesn't benefit us one penny. However, for orders delivered outside the UK (e.g. USA, Australia, Canada etc.), VAT is not charged, so you pay 20% less than the displayed price. Note that you don't have to do anything - our website works it all out automatically after you enter the shipping address during checkout.
For example: A pendant is shown priced at £100. If it's to be delivered inside the UK, you will pay £100. If it's to be delivered outside the UK, you will only pay £80 - a 20% reduction.
Returns policy
Every piece of our jewellery is guaranteed unconditionally. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or wish to return it for any reason we will exchange the piece or refund your money immediately, as you wish. Just let us know in advance you want to return the piece. Please note that, unless the return is because of a defect in the jewellery, the cost of the return will be your responsibility.
Please note again that something called the Distance Selling Regulations compels us to point out that you are entitled to inform us of your decision to return a purchase to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, as our customers know, we are always flexible in accommodating a customer's requirements to, for example, change a ring size etc. at a later date. We merely mention 14 days to satisfy those who believe that prescriptive legalese is a substitute for proper customer relations.
