The September birthstone is sapphire and we have a very pretty new pendant featuring a deep-blue sapphire substitute (blue spinel) in a ribbon setting.

13x25mm (1/2" x 1"). Includes 45cm (18") chain. All sterling silver. 5mm blue spinel cabochon.
